How Does Membership Work?

Our membership tiers are designed to support a welcoming, accessible, and community-rooted space for healing, gathering, and collaboration. From monthly support to partnerships, shared teaching, and restorative access, each level helps us sustain consistent wellness gatherings, create space for community connection, at Collaboration Cafe and build toward our herbal land purchase, workshop spaces, and greenhouse project. Membership with Heartful Rootz is an act of co-creation. Your support helps us lay the foundation for our permanent home and flourishing herbal sanctuary. Members receive access to special gatherings, shared resources, and early invitations to our land’s grand opening celebration. Together, we are tending the soil—for ourselves, for each other, and for generations to come.

For those helping expand access to the cafe as a shared learning and gathering space for Black and Indigenous people. This tier helps support recurring workshops, cultural education, and the ability for more people to teach and participate.

Creative Collaborators for $300–$1200

Teaching Partner $300

2 hours of space use.

Best for a workshop, class, teaching circle, or small guided gathering.

Collaboration Partner $500

4 hours of space use.

Best for a longer event, community collaboration, or a half-day activation.

Community Partner $900

6 hours of space use, or a deeper monthly partnership with added support.

8 hours of space use for full-day events, larger activations, and sustained partnership.
