Sliding Scale in Forming Equity
We are deeply committed to dismantling systemic injustices and creating balance and equity. Our sliding scale pricing model is designed to offer Black, Indigenous, People of the Global Majority (BIPGM) youth and peoples greater access to our programs. This approach honors the need for sustainable energy within our organization while deepening our resource shares and support. By inviting those with more financial means to contribute according to their ability, we create a community of mutual support and solidarity. This model allows us to prioritize accessibility for historically marginalized groups while ensuring the sustainability of our work. You can find more information on the need for and history of sliding scale pricing, which is rooted in principles of social justice and equitable resource distribution.
