Personalized Wellness, Not a One-Size-Fits-All Box – Empowered by Our CSA

Every week, meals are crafted specifically for each household, accommodating allergies, special diets, and flavor preferences. This is made possible by partnering with dedicated

BIPGM chefs through our CSA, who engage in real discussion and menu creation with a chef who genuinely cares, rather than relying on rotating generic menus or automated swaps. Our connection to diverse culinary traditions ensures authentic and thoughtful personalization.

Meal plans can include any combination of mains, sides, snacks, and wellness-supporting options, honoring busy schedules, whole-family needs, and specific wellness goals in ways “by-the-portion” meal kits can’t.

Transparent Pricing & Outstanding Value – Fueling Local Economies

At a starting rate of $25/hr, total weekly chef time for a family typically costs less than ordering out, restaurant delivery, or standard personal chef services—which often charge $25/hr, total weekly chef time for a family typically costs less than ordering out, restaurant delivery, or standard personal chef services—which often charge $75–$125/hr or $125/hr or $125–$175 per person for special menus.

Crucially, our transparent pricing model ensures your grocery bill directly supports our network of local farmers and BIPGM small business chefs, creating a sustainable income stream for them and reducing food waste.

Families can save both money and time when all shopping, prep, and planning is handled—no last-minute takeout, aimless grocery trips, or endless cleanup.

Nutrition and Freshness That Outperform Delivery – From Farm & Chef to Table

Unlike shelf-stable or frozen meal kits, every dish is made-to-order using handpicked, locally-sourced ingredients, often directly from our partner farms and chefs' specialized purveyors. Meals are immediately portioned and delivered for the week ahead.

With dietary wellness at the core, this plan means nutritious, whole-food meals—never shortcuts, preservatives, or artificial ingredients common in mass-produced kits and fast food.

More Free Time, Less Stress – A Holistic Approach

Gain back 10+ hours per week previously spent planning, shopping, cooking, and cleaning—allowing more time to be with loved ones, rest, or simply thrive.

No more negotiation over dinner or disappointing “quick fixes”—just peace of mind with delicious, healthful food ready for the whole week.

The Personal Touch – Our CSA Difference

There’s a profound difference between merely clicking to order meals and truly partnering with a chef who takes the time to learn and honor your personal tastes, values, and wellness priorities. Our CSA model deepens this connection by fostering a direct relationship with the diverse BIPGM chefs who pour their ancestral wisdom and care into your meals, and with the local farmers who grow your food.

Our team, led by an organizer and delivery driver with over 20 years of experience in care—spanning child care, elderly care, and support for individuals with disabilities—offers a service infused with compassion and understanding. Having spent countless hours working in family homes, we bring a touch of "auntie" care to your experience. We’re here to stock your fridge and nourish your family, even if you can’t be home for the delivery.

This service becomes a trusted partner in health, bringing joy and nourishment—not just calories—to your table. Choosing this holistic chef wellness plan is an investment in health, family, and quality of life—delivering benefits that standard meal kits and generic delivery services simply can’t match, while actively contributing to a more equitable and sustainable local food system.

  1. Our CSA connects you with Seattle's incredible tapestry of BIPGM small business chefs, each bringing their vibrant cultural heritage—African, Filipino, Mexican, Afghan, and beyond—to your table. With ancestral wisdom woven into every recipe, these chefs prioritize holistic nourishment and family wellness. Beyond delicious meals, our CSA model provides crucial direct support, helping each chef grow their business by committing to bulk purchases of their prepared dishes. This not only boosts their stability and capacity for growth but also significantly reduces food waste, a common challenge in traditional market settings. Many of our chefs possess a deep understanding of sustainable practices and the vital role food plays in supporting a healthy household. They meticulously craft meals mindful of children’s unique needs, from special diets to picky eaters, ensuring comfort, health, and balance for your entire family's flow and well-being.

Eating well is more than just a meal—it’s medicine for the body, mind, and spirit. Nourishing yourself with seasonal, holistic foods supports hormone balance, mental clarity, and overall wellness while deepening connection to the land and culture that sustains us. In today’s busy world, we often don’t have time to prepare meals that truly heal and restore. By trusting us with your family’s nourishment, you’re investing in long-term health, preventing future illness, and bringing more balance and vitality to your home.

We honor the natural rhythm of the womb holder’s body by offering meal plans aligned with the four phases of the moon cycle. Each phase—menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal—calls for specific nutrients and foods that support hormone balance, energy shifts, and emotional wellness. Our meals are thoughtfully crafted to nurture and support these changing needs, promoting harmony within the body and deepening connection to natural cycles. This mindful approach helps to ease symptoms, boost vitality, and celebrate the sacredness of monthly renewal.

In addition to cycle-focused support, we also create nourishing plans for those in pre- and menopause phases. These meals are designed with higher protein and balanced healthy fats to sustain energy and support muscle health, while reducing excess refined carbohydrates that can disrupt blood sugar balance. We focus on nutrient-dense ingredients that ease hot flashes, stabilize mood, and nurture bone health, helping this transition feel grounded, empowered, and supported through food medicine.

Womb honor eating is rooted in ancestral Indigenous knowledge passed down through three generations before us. It recognizes that the eggs destined to become future generations were already present in the wombs of our grandmothers, carrying the legacy of gut health and vitality. By eating in alignment with this wisdom, we support and nourish our own gut biome, strengthening our inner trust, gut mentality, and connection to our deeper inner wisdom. This practice is a sacred way to honor lineage, heal from within, and carry forward resilience through food.
